At Meubelfabriek de Valk, based in Sneek, we have been producing high-quality steel-framed chairs and armchairs since 1949. Our craftsmanship and artisan traditions are the pillars of our production, combining 80% handwork with 20% automated processes. This ensures the refined quality and durability of our furniture.

Own production

Our manufacturing process involves several steps, including bending, welding, upholstering, injection moulding, powder coating and assembly. This is all carried out in-house by our craftsmen, supported by advanced technology such as welding robots and a fully automatic powder coating line. This powder coating line enables us to powder coat large objects up to 3500mm x 1100mm in any RAL colour, resulting in a high-quality and durable finish.
