At Meubelfabriek de Valk in Sneek, we have been producing high-quality stools with steel frames since 1949. Our focus is on craftsmanship and artisan traditions, with 80% of the production process consisting of handwork, supplemented by 20% automated processes. This ensures the refined quality and durability of our products.

In-house production

Our manufacturing process involves several steps, including design, bending of steel frames, injection moulding, powder coating and assembly. This is all carried out in-house by our experienced craftsmen. We use advanced technologies such as welding robots and a fully automatic powder coating line. This powder coating line enables us to powder coat large objects up to 3500mm x 1100mm in any RAL colour, resulting in a high-quality and durable finish.
